Green was in at Daytona Z Convention
There were at least 3 green Z cars at the Daytona Z Convention. The greenbean plus 2 others (photos below). The 'bean has been retuned and is running perfectly now - it always did before but seems better now. It is ready for the new motor that is waiting patiently in the Z shop. We will probably get it in before Xmas. That will really be exciting. So it is good to get everything in good working condition before installing the new engine. I guess then the greenbean should be considered a true hybrid. I hope it has hybrid vigor....................

More Research House Stuff...............
We are growing a couple of Aglaonema to see how they do...Next they go inside for 3 months and get chilled later....All to test their merit....I would say more but then it would not be a secret....Besides I have been too tired all week to write any more...If they preform well they may be one of our choices for later release.....

Fall Color............
A lot of tropical plants seem to need long nights to flower. Here it means they start to flower in the middle of October and go all winter unless they freeze. The Megasmapasma is one example. The photos below show ours last spring and last week (the bottom photo). I hope it does not freeze for several weeks.

2007 Z Car Convention Daytona Beach Speedway
Spent this past Monday and Tuesday at the 20th Z Car Convention at the Daytona Speedway. There were probably 150 cars in the show including Datsun 240Z, 260Z and 280Z plus 280ZX and 350Z's. There was also a Datsun 2000 roadster.
The highpoint of the trip was doing 4 full laps around the speedway in the greenbean.
Photos below: We were driving on the flat surface - race cars drive on the steep bank to the right of the yellow line - incredible.
Many more photos to follow. I have to go teach TC now - from metal to living things - what a conversion.
