Internet Test...............

I just forwarded a large photo packet to Mosaic Mom.....
Will she be able to open it and see.....???
Never could before with dial-up...........

Maybe I won't have to load the "data dip stick" everyday to take her the news....
That works for me............
Stay tuned........

The Class Landscape Project Revisited.....

Below is the class landscape project outside my office just after installation in April....
Did it survive....???

Below is the class project today.........I have to give them an A.....and me an A too for being the fearless leader....
The trouble is that all the students left and I have to weed it........
Too late smart as we like to say.....

Looks like I get an "F" for long term planning....

My Slate is Clean.....

My list of unpleasant jobs for the week is finished.
It feels good.
The weekend looks clear but hot but the grass is mowed.
Therefore, time in the pool is a good thing......sober will be the issue.....
Below are some nice Dieffenbachia leaves....they might work well in a martini glass...........some research required.

Bank of America - There Ain't No People in There...

As usual Mosaic Mom beat me to the punch in beating up Bank of America....
Hartford Insurance is just as bad...
Have a problem with either then you had better try these numbers....
What was the problem you ask......I was trying to stop a strange automatic withdrawal from my account that looked like it was coming from Hartford......

BAC - 1-877-366-1121
Hartford - 1-800-952-0270......with these choices you may actually reach humans....

Anyway I finally good to the root of the problem after 3 days of trying.....generally I quit in frustration the preceding days......but today I told MMom that I was not coming home without a solution....she said great because she was making "Fried Chicken".....
Now failure was NOT an option.....I had to have that chicken....

Anyway I reached humans at both numbers and stopped the problem.....Mosaic Mom's description was accurate by the way....

Tonight I am going to transfer some funds to MM's bank where they might be safer.....

Bank of America's stock is up today.........certainly not based on customer service.....

Epilogue....BAC sent me a questionaire in my email regarding the service I received yesterday.....
MMom and I will have fun answering that tonight.....looks like some creative writing in my future.....BEWARE as BAC stock might fall tomorrow.....

However, I am having fried chicken tonight......YEAH.......

FlashBack.......

Below is a photo of my research greenhouse in 2006.
Gee, it was full.
Not now so much as we have no help to maintain stock.
We only kept the good stuff.
Don't worry...there is plenty of good stuff to go around for a long time.

It Seemed Like a Good Idea at the Time......

A couple of years ago we started to refurbish the 'Big O'; aka the 1978 280Z. So far the entire undercarriage has been redone, including new shocks, springs, all bushings and brakes. Then the project stalled and no work has beem done in a long time. But then again what is the rush?

That project has been replaced with adenium and rainlily breeding, working on the race car (another 240Z), gardening, relandscaping, making flower sculptures, building sand flea rakes and gutter cleaning tools, squirrel hunting and surf fishing. It does not sound too exciting to the average Joe but it keeps me off the streets and I rarely get bored.

YES.......Mosaic Mom is a very patient woman......very, very patient.
